I’m a dietitian with a private practice in NYC for the last 15 years. My husband suffers from autoimmune peripheral neuropathy and after I exhausted every diet under the sun with him and introduced him to every new doctor ihe asked for me to step down as his doctor and just be his wife. Around this time I started hearing about CBD and heard how it could be effective for pain management – since he’s “cannabis friendly” which is a polite way of saying pothead, he was up for trying it.
Long story short – he had incredible improvements on CBD so I started researching more. When I saw the connection with CBD and anxiety, I brought it into my practice for some of my emotional eaters and saw a big improvement with them as well. Ended up hitting the books and spent 6 months studying and researching cannabis and became a certified holistic cannabis practitioner. While I was studying, I really fell in love with CBD and the more I learned, the more I realized that CBD is the ultimate wellness vitamin. When I couldn’t find a product that fit my criteria, I decided to create my own and that’s how Daily Habit was born.
I’ve been featured on national television regularly including, Good Morning America, The Doctor Oz Show, The Today Show, Access Hollywood and more. Also, I was named one of the new up and coming stars in the beauty and health field in W Magazine and has been quoted and featured extensively in both national and international magazines including People, Shape, Glamour, Town & Country, Tatler and more.
